We are pleased to announce the 16th Annual Bears Picnic Family Reunion will be held again at Blain Picnic Grounds in Blain, PA. It is a gorgeous shaded campground along Sherman Creek with swimming holes and a playground.
In addition to great music, our event offers craft and food vendors, Children’s Activities, games, a Community Art Project, and music until early morning.

This is a rain or shine event.
Music starts at 4:00 p.m.
Many changes have been made to protect staff and patrons
during the COVID crisis. We have added
an additional field for parking so everyone has
plenty of room to spread out.
The concert field has been expanded to accommodate
two outdoor stages and room to practice social distancing.
Ample porta-johns, wash stations, and sanitizer are provided,
as well as staff to keep them clean.
Everyone entering must:
Sign a waiver (online ticket purchase is your electronic signature)
Practice social distancing (in effect at that time).
Masks are not mandatory; however, Be respectful of each others space and wishes. If everyone practices good hygiene and does their part, together we can make this a positive experience for everyone.
Tickets for the VIP Family Experience are limited and includes VIP select camping, credentials, a poster signed by the artist, and a gift..
An RV Pass is required for over-sized vehicles, pop-ups, and travel trailers, in addition to the ticket purchase.
Children 13 and under are free but must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents of children found unattended will be asked to leave and escorted off the property without refund.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend the event.
*Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid or a PA state of emergency.

VIP - $150 (available online only)
General Admission - $100
Tickets will be available at the gate at gate price.
After you are processed in, our parking staff will lead you to a spot where you will be able to setup next to your vehicle.
If you want to stay near your family/friends please make arrangements to meet before arriving.
Bring your essentials. Above ground grills and fire pits are allowed, but are contingent upon any local fire hazard warnings.

Illicit drugs, weapons, glass bottles are Prohibited. Illegal, Immoral or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated, and you will be escorted off the property without reimbursement.

PERMITS ARE LIMITED AND AVAILABLE ONLINE ONLY.
*These rules will be strictly enforced; violators will be removed from venue.
Pets must have current rabies tags on their collar.
All pets must be on a leash at and secured by its owner at all times.,AND kept a safe distance from other dogs and children.
Pets are NOT permitted in concert field or vending areas..
Feces must be picked up and disposed of properly.

No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Unauthorized vendors will be removed without ticket refund.
