We are excited to announce the 17th Annual Bears Picnic Family Reunion will take place August 4-7, 2022 at Blain Picnic Grounds in Blain, PA. It is a beautiful, shaded campground along Sherman Creek with swimming holes and a playground.

In addition to great music, our event offers craft and food vendors, Children’s Activities, games, a Community Art Project, and music until early morning.

This is a rain or shine, BYOB event.

Many changes have been made to protect staff and patrons during the COVID crisis.  We have added an additional field for parking so everyone has plenty of room to spread out. 

The concert field has been expanded to accommodate two outdoor stages and room to practice social distancing.

Ample porta-johns, wash stations, and sanitizer are provided, 

as well as staff to keep them clean.

Everyone entering must:​

  • Sign a waiver (online ticket purchase is your electronic signature)

  • Practice social distancing (in effect at that time). 

  • Masks/proof of vaccine are not required.  However, we ask that you are respectful of each others space and wishes. If everyone does their part, together we can make this a positive experience for everyone.

Tickets:​

Tickets for the VIP Family Experience are limited and online only, and includes VIP early arrival, select camping, commemorative laminate, a poster signed by the artist,  and a gift.(Pickup at the merch booth on the right of the stage)

An RV Pass is required in addition to the ticket, for over-sized vehicles, pop-ups, and travel trailers.  A Pass can be added on at the time of your ticket purchase.

Children 13 and under are free but must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian at all times. Parents of children found unattended will be asked to leave and escorted off the property without refund.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to attend the event.

*Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid or a PA state of emergency. 

Advance Ticket Prices:

     VIP - $180 (available online only)

     General Admission - $100 online in advance (2 day: Friday 9AM to Sunday 12N)

     General Admission - $120 online in advance (3 day: Thurs. 5PM to Sunday 12N)

General Admission Tickets will be available at the gate.

CAMPING:

After you are processed in, our parking staff will lead you to a spot where you will be able to setup next to your vehicle. 

If you want to stay near your family/friends please make arrangements to meet before arriving. 

Bring your essentials. Above ground grills and fire pits are allowed, but are contingent upon any local fire hazard warnings.

Please be respectful of the land. Be kind. Be Peaceful. Be happy. Be respectful of children and everyone around you. Please pick up your trash, recycle and help us preserve and keep the grounds clean.

Illicit drugs, weapons, glass bottles are Prohibited. Illegal, Immoral or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated, and you will be escorted off the property without reimbursement.

Please plan to leave your pet with a caretaker. ​Anyone arriving with a pet will be denied entrance.

No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Unauthorized vendors will be removed without ticket refund.
