Can I bring my pet?
Animals/Pets are discouraged in the venue, and only a very limited number will be
permitted. No Exceptions! This applies to EVERY animal/pet (except humans :)
The following restrictions apply:
**Large animals are not permitted
*Must have a current rabies vaccination tag to enter.
*For safety reason, it must be attached to the owner (by leash) or secured at the campsite, and is not permitted in the concert field, vending area, or children’s play zone.
*Owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of all feces properly.

What if I can't attend? Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, only by following the instructions on the bottom of your ticket confirmation email.
Ticket transfers will incur a fee, and will not be valid for entry if the requirements are not
completed by the deadline.

What is the earliest I can get in?
VIP or 3 day Weekend Pass - 5 p.m. Thursday​
2 day Pass - 8 a.m. Friday
Day Passes (if available) - 8 a.m. day of ticket

Are showers available?
No. However, there is potable water and Shermans
Creek is available for quick refreshment.​

Are RV hookups available?
The venue does not have water or electric hookups.​ Potable water is available.
Quiet generators are permitted.

Can we have campfires?
Above ground fires are permitted as long as they are attended, and providing the county
has not issued any restrictions at the time of event. Firewood is not available on site.

Is there alcohol available for sale?
We do not sell alcohol. This is a BYOB event.
No glass please.

Is there WiFi or an ATM on site?
The site does not have WiFi.
There is not a fixed ATM on site, so it is best to come prepared. There is an ATM's
nearby before you arrive.
On occasion one of our vendors does bring an ATM with them.

Will tickets be available at the gate?
Yes. However, we do not accept credit/debit cards. Cash only.​
