Vending Information

All craft and food vendors must be pre-approved.

 

Vendors must provide proof of liability insurance.

Vendors selling anything consumable must provide an insurance rider listing Bears Picnic and Blain Picnic Grounds as additional insured.

Include photos and description of merchandise, as well as a link to your online presence.

No unauthorized vending – if you’re not a registered vendor you may not sell or distribute anything on the festival grounds. Unauthorized vendors will be removed without ticket refund.
